Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses customers provide after an order has been placed.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are based in Australia and all orders are shipped from Sydney.

Our couriers are Sendle and Australia Post.  

Please see below for our shipping estimates with Australia Post: 

Standard shipping (2-7 Business Days)
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 Australia wide or free for domestic orders over $40.

Express shipping (1-3 Business Days)
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.95 for Express shipping Australia wide or free for domestic orders over $80.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to COVID-19 there might be potential delays from Australia Post which are out of our control.

International Shipping

We have currently paused International Shipping. Check back soon for updates. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days at hello@elowenbeauty.com with your full name, order number and photo of the item's condition so we can look into this further for you and arrange a replacement or refund.

HOW IT STARTED

Founded in 2022 by a passionate beauty and makeup lover, our journey began with a profound love for all things glam.

From my teenage years, I found joy in collecting makeup and cultivated a keen eye for the transformative power of beauty products. In 2020, I completed a lash extension course just before the first wave of COVID-19 had hit Australia. Soon after practicing, I realised it wasn't meant for me but I still loved the lash extension look.

This revelation sparked the concept of Elowen Beauty, a brand committed to providing individuals the means to achieve the captivating allure of lash extensions without having to book an appointment.

Our Values

  • Cruelty-Free

    At Elowen Beauty, our lashes are made from faux mink. We do not use any real mink for our lashes. Our products including lash adhesive and lip gloss are not testing on animals.

  • Quality

    We strongly believe in providing quality products. Our lashes are reusable from 15-20 times with proper care (please check each product description for longevity).

  • Empowerment

    We encourage and empower individuals to express themselves through our brand, regardless of age, gender, or background.

Present Day

Since launching back in 2022, Elowen Beauty has evolved beyond lash extension strip lashes. Including venturing into different strip lash styles, lash tools, accessories and lip-gloss to empower beauty enthusiasts in their makeup journey.
